What we collect
When you request a data teardown, we collect the business contact information, company context, revenue range, and question you provide. If you submit the readiness diagnostic, the lead record can also include its score, result tier, and weakest readiness areas. Campaign parameters and the page used to submit may be stored so we can understand where the request came from.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to the request, evaluate fit, prepare for a business conversation, improve the website, and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell lead information or enroll a requester in an unrelated newsletter.
Storage and providers
Website hosting, private lead storage, analytics, and configured follow-up tools may process information for Tribal Media. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to operate the inquiry and service workflow. Retention depends on the status of the business conversation, contractual or recordkeeping requirements, and deletion requests.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing bryant@gotribalmedia.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
This notice covers the public website and its inquiry flow. Client project data is governed by the applicable agreement, security plan, and access register.
